By far the best auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with.

They are awesome. I brought my truck in after having a really bad experience with another shop.

They are honest, upfront, set reasonable expectations and take pride in their work.

My truck’s problem were tough and complicated. They sent me e-mails of pictures of the problem and their repair. They kept me highly informed.

My only disappointment was that I didn’t know they had a rental car at a cheaper rate than what I was renting at Enterprise. I didn’t find out until when the truck almost done.

Been in two or three times now for different reasons and every time has been a great success.
I took my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in after someone backed into it. It was not a huge issue, but enough to be concerned. They took very good care of my car, took apart the bumper checked for damage on the inside, fixed anything that was slightly out of place or shifted and I had it back by the end of the day.

The manager did a great job taking care of my car, making sure it had everything it possibly needed to be like new again.

Routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, shattered window, shifted engine…. All taken care of with great customer service and great mechanics. I couldn’t ask for more in a shop.

I have been going to James for almost two years now. As a result my 1993 Ford
F-150 with over 225,000 miles on it drives as good if not better than it ever has. The process of maintaining a vehicle is a constant just like your teeth. If you go to the Dentist every 6 months, the result is gonna be a whole different/cheaper in the long run, than if you wait until your tooth has abscessed and you need two root canals.(this is aimed at you Justin A, mister 1 star rating) James is the fairest man I know and he doesn’t “half ass” the work. Translation – you get what you pay for. James truly cares about you and the longevity of your vehicle. I never planned to still be driving my truck but I can’t see getting rid of it when it still drives so nice. A personal thanks to James and his caring staff.
